These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Avista Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Safety Check”). By using the Services of Avista Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. on the web or through any applications that give access to Safety Check (e.g., within another platform like Microsoft Teams), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you violate any of the terms outlined below, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Avista Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. New features added to the Service shall also be subject to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms.

1 - Account Terms

• You may use the Services only if you are legally able to form a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under applicable law.

• You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account credentials. Safety Check is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
• We may contact you via email, in-app messages, or push notifications about your account, system updates, or other service-related messages.
• You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account, even when such content is posted by others.
• You may not use Safety Check for any unlawful purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws (including copyright laws) when using the Service.

2 - Modifications to the Service and Fees

• Safety Check reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
• We may revise our pricing with 30 days’ prior notice via email. Updated pricing will also appear on our website’s pricing page.
• Any new tools, resources, or features that enhance the current Service will be subject to these Terms.

3 - Content and Content Rights

• Content includes text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, and other materials available via the Service.
• User Content refers to any content provided by users (including you). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate the Service.

4 - General Conditions

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

• These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Safety Check, superseding any previous agreements.
